SHIPPING POLICY

We ship throughout Canada only for a flat fee of $20 CAD. This includes Kimonos and Decor items. Cushions  weigh a considerable amount more, and so once your order has been received, you will receive an updated shipping cost from us directly via email. Shipping will be added to your cart at checkout or you may select local Pick-up for FREE. 

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If your item construction is faulty in any way please let us know within 48hrs of arrival of your item. We are not responsible for any damage sustained through the delivery process. Faulty items can be refunded with the full purchase price (minus shipping) or returned at the buyer's expense and replaced with an item of equal value. 
Any returns are shipped or delivered at the buyer's expense and refunds/replacements will only be given to unused items within 7 days of purchase.
