If your item construction is faulty in any way please let us know within 48hrs of arrival of your item. Faulty items can be refunded with the full purchase price (minus shipping) or returned at the buyer's expense and replaced with an item of equal value. 

Refunds/replacements will only be given to unused items within 7 days of purchase.

We ship cushions and bolsters throughout Canada only for a flat fee of $20 CAD. Kimonos and Decor items weigh a considerable amount less, so if your order costs less than $15 to ship, you will receive an updated shipping cost from us directly via email along with an email transfer refund for the difference. Likewise, if several heavy items are ordered, shipping costs may be adjusted and charged for.
